Ingredients
- 1 TB MINCED SHALLOT OR GRLIC
- 1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TSP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- 3/4 TSP COARSE SALT
- 1/4 TSP FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPER
- 1/4 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 1/2 TB RED WINE VINEGAR
- 2 TB FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 3/4 CUP EVOO

Preparation
Step 1
In a clean jar, mash together the shallot, mustard, brown sugar, salt pepper and worcestershire.
Pour in vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil. Cover Tightly and shake well to combine and emulsify. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or store in refrigerator.
