- 12 c. freshly popped popcorn
- 1 c. blanched slivered almonds
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. cashews
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a lightly greased 11x14" roasting pan, toss popcorn and nuts. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in sugar and honey. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes without stirring. Stir in vanilla. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture, stirring until coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
