Ingredients
- 12 cinnamon sticks
- 6 c. half and half, or milk
- 3 Tb. instant expresso powder, or instant coffee powder
- 6 oz. imported bittersweet chocolate, (or semisweet chocolate), chopped
- 6 Tb. brandy
- whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Break 4 cinnamon sticks in half and place in heavy medium saucepan. Add half and half and expresso powder; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard cinnamon sticks. Add chocolate and whisk until melted. Mix in brandy. Ladle drink into mugs; top with whipped cream. Garnish each with cinnamon stick.
