Ingredients
- 2 squared (2oz) unsweetened chocolate
- 1 small pkg. softened cream cheese (3oz)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) soft butter
- 3-1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- few drops peppermint extract (optional)
- dash of salt

Step 1
Melt chocolate over hot water. In mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, peppermint extract and salt; beat smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Frosts tops and sides of 2 8" or 9" layers.
