Ingredients
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tb. brown sugar
- 2 Tb. sugar
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1 Tb. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Step 1
In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugars and cornstarch. Gradually stir in cream until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or til slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in butter until melted. Add the pecans. Serve warm over ice cream.
