Brownie Pudding Pops

Ingredients
- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- 13 (3 oz.) paper cups
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. white chocolate instant pudding mix, (or vanilla)
- 2 c. cold milk
- 6 popsicle sticks, cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare brownies as directed on box and bake in a 9x12" pan. Once cooled, use one of the paper cups to cut 24 circles out of brownies. Set circles aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk together. Continue whisking for 2 minutes. Set aside.
4. Grease 12 of the paper cups and fill each with 1 brownie round. Top each with 1-2 Tb. of the pudding. Place a second brownie round on top of pudding. Insert a popsicle stick in the center of each and put in the freezer until frozen, 6-8 hours.
5. When ready to serve, cut cups away from pops with scissors.
