Ingredients
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 1/3 cup light Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 (6-oz.) halibut fillets, about 3/4" thick

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, salt, garlic-pepper blend and basil. Place fish in baking dish and drizzle with dressing mixture, turn to coat. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed asparagus and a big green salad.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Add steamed red skinned potatoes tossed with butter and chopped parsley.
KOSHER: No changes necessary.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure salad dressing and garlic-pepper blend are gluten free.
