- 1 JAR OF YOUR FAVORITE SPAGHETTI SAUCE
- 8 OZ COTTAGE CHEESE OR RICOTTA
- 4 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
- ITALIAN SEASONINGS
- SHREDDED CHEESE
- PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
BOIL NOODLES, DRAIN, AND SET ASIDE.
BROWN GROUND BEEF, ONCE BROWNED, ADD SOME GARLIC POWDER, ITALIAN SEASONINGS, AND JAR OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE.
TURN THE BURNER DOWN TO LOW AND LET SIMMER TO MELD FLAVORS.
IN A BOWL, MIX CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AND COTTAGE (OR RICOTTA) CHEESE MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH.
ADD SOME ITALIAN SEASONINGS.
SPRAY A 9X13 BAKING DISH WITH NO STICK SPRAY, ADD HALF THE NOODLES AND CHEESE MIXTURE. MIX TOGETHER
TOP WITH REMAINING NOODLES.
TOP NOODLES WITH THE MEAT/SAUCE MIX.
COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES.
REMOVE FROM OVEN, TOP WITH DESIRED AMOUNT OF PARMESAN AND SHREDDED CHEESES, BAKE UNCOVERED FOR ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELT
