- 1/4 CUP WHIPPING CREAM OR MILK
- 1 CUP (2 STICKS) COLD UNSALTED BUTTER, CUT INTO PIECES
- 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR

Step 1
MICROWAVE WHITE CHOCOLATE AND CREAM IN LARGE BOWL ON HIGH FOR 45 SECOUNDS. STIR AND THEN MICROWAVE 20 SECOUNDS AND STIR. CONTNUE UNTIL CHOCOLATE IS MELTED. COOL 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE. BEAT BUTTER AND SUGAR GRADUALLY INTO COOLED WHITE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE WITH ELECTRIC MIXER ON HIGH UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.
