Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 scallions, green parts only, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 2 oil-packed anchovy fillets, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Step 1

In a food processor, pulse the basil, parsley and scallions until finely chopped. Add the cheese and anchovies and process to a paste consistency. Add the mayonnaise and puree until smooth. Season with pepper.
