Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup praline nut or toffee crunch
  • 3/4 cup cinnamon flavored baking chips or butterscotch baking chips (add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 - 3 teaspoons milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 10 X 15 cookie pan. Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowel. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Mix flour and baking powder, add 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in praline topping and cinnamon chips. Pat dough into pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes

In a small bowel, whisk all glaze ingredients until smooth, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled bars. Cool an additional 45 minutes or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
