  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint hazelnut gelato
  • 4 biscotti
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

Warm the milk for about 30 to 40 seconds in the microwave. Foam the milk with a drink foamer. Place 1 large scoop of gelato in each of 4 cups. Place biscotti in cup with gelato. Top with foamed warm milk, and dust top of sundae with cocoa powder.

This dessert is wonderful when served with homemade espresso poured on top.
