Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup double strength coffee
  • (or 2 t. instant coffee dissoved in 4 oz. warm water)
  • 1/4 cup + 1 T. fat free Half & Half
  • 3 T. Splenda
  • 1 t cocoa
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

If using instant coffee instead of 1/2 cup strong coffee, dissolve instant coffee in 1/2 cup warm water. Pour all ingredients except ice into blender. Blend to mix. Add half the ice; blend briefly until ice is incorporated. Add rest of the ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a 12 oz. glass.
