- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
Heat Oven to 325 degrees.
Blend flours, sugar, and baking soda in bowl. Add pumpkin and buttermilk and mix until dry ingredients are just moistened. Drop spoonfuls of batter on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
