Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped raw shrimp
- 3/4 cup panko
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp minced scallions
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine all ingredients. Form 8 3/4 inch thick cakes. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup olive oil. in batches, cook the shrimp cakes over moderately high heat, turning once for four minutes
