Ingredients

  • Brownies:
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 oz Chocolate, melted
  • Peanut Butter Topping:
  • 1 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Confectioner's Sugar
  • Chocolate Glaze:
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Dessert Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Brownies:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and beat. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder, and add to the batter. Add melted chocolate. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 and bake @ 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Peanut Butter:
Beat peanut butter and confectioner's sugar together until smooth. Spread on top of cooled cake.

Chocolate Glaze:
Melt chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter until smooth. Add dessert whip and stir until combined.

Spread chocolate glaze on top of peanut butter mixture. Top with nuts and cut into squares.
