Ingredients
- 1 pound 4X sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. cream
- 1/2 lb. Baker's chocolate
- Butter the size of a walnut
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler; mix the egg and sugar, cream them in as much as possible, add the cream until a thick paste is formed. Stir in the chocolate and melted butter, add vanilla and store away in a pan overnight to set. Cut into squares and serve.
