Instant Pot Beer Can Chicken

Remove and serve! I placed mine in the broiler for 2 minutes to make the skin crispy.

Ingredients
- 8 qt Instant Pot
- 5-6 pound whole chicken
- 1 16 oz can of beer
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbs butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Step 1
Rinse chicken, pat dry, and place butter under the skin.
Rub seasons all over the chicken.
Cut veggies into large chunks and place in the pot with 1 cup water.
Open beer and place inside your chicken so the chicken is standing on the beer.
I had to move the legs a little so it would fit in the pot.
Place the chicken inside the pot on the beer.
No trivet needed. Place your Pot on manual high pressure for 30 minutes.
Do a natural release for 20 minutes.
