Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (or 32 large ones)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- 3 tablespoons white creme de cacao
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- few drops of green food coloring, if desired
- semi-sweet chocolate bars, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix wafer crumbs and butter, press evenly into a 9 inch pie pan pushing down firmly abd side up.
3. Bake 10 min. Take out of the oven and set aside to let cool.
4. Combine marshmallows and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt.
5. Cool thoroughly and add liqueurs.
6. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Fold in food coloring, if desired.
7. Pour into crumb lined pan. Shave chocolate over the top.
8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
