- 2 c reduced fat 2% milk
- 1 c cholesterol free egg substitute
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T no sugar added mocha flavored instant coffee
- Grated orange peel or 6 chocolate coffe beans(optional)
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine milk, egg substitute, sugar and instant coffee in med bowl. Whisk until coffee has dissolved and mixture is foamy. Pour into 6 individual custard cups. Place cups in 13x9 baking pan. Fill pan with hot water halfway up the sides of cups.
Bake 55-60 min or until knife in middle comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temp. Garnish with orange peel or beans if desired.
