Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
- 1 bone-in beef rib roast (5-6 pounds)
- you can add gravy master to mix if you like. I like it.

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients, rub over the roast.
Place in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and refrigerate overnight, turning often.
Place roast fat side up in a large roasting pan, pour marinate over roast. Tent with foil.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 1 1/2 hours longer or until meat reaches desired doneness
med -rare 145 degrees with meat thermometer
medium 160 degrees
well-done 170 degrees
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing. yield 8-10 servings
