Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz dark (brown) rum
  • 1/4 oz Jamaican dark rum
  • 1/4 oz light (white) rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice (unsweetened)
  • Juice of 1 small orange
  • Juice of 1 limes
  • 2 tsp simple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp 151 proof rum
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Shake all but the last two ingredients together with ice, and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry. Pour a 151 rum floater on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Floater can be lighted for effect, but be sure to extinguish flame before you sip.
