Ingredients

  • 4-6 cracked ice cubes
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 measures vodka
  • 1 measure golden rum
  • 4 measures pineapple juice
  • 1/2 measure orgeat
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • pinch of curry powder, to decorate

Step 1

Put the cracked ice cubs into a cocktail shaker. Dash Tabasco sauce over the ice, pour in the vodka, rum, pineapple juice, orgeat, and lemon juice, and add the cayenne. Shake vigorously until a frost forms.

Strain into a chilled glass and sprinkle curry powder on top.
