Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add sugar till dissolved. Remove from heat. Add remainder of ingredients.
Place 2 cups of pecans in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes till set.
