Ingredients

    TBS butter

  • 1

    TBS minced garlic

  • 2

    C diced celery

  • 1

    peeled, diced carrot

  • 1/4

    C green onion, chopped

  • 2 1/2

    lbs ground turkey

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp black pepper

  • 1

    TBS worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4

    C ketchup

  • 2

    C bread crumbs

  • 2

    large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2

    C parsley, chopped

Directions

Saute garlic, celery, carrot and green onion in butter until soft and tender. Combine remaining ingredients with saute and form into one loaf pan Top with mixture of 1 C ketchup, 1/4 C molasses, 1/4 C dijon mustard ( there will be enough left to heat up for sauce. ) Cover with foil and bake 60 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
