Ingredients

  • 2 cups (9 ounces) small ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup premium chocolate ice cream or gelato
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces brandy
  • 2 ounces sweet cherry syrup (not sour cherry syrup)

Step 1



Put all the ingredients in a large blender in the order listed. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping the machine as necessary to shake down the canister, less than 1 minute. Divide between two large glasses.
