Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, chopped
- 1/3 c currants or chopped raisins
- juice of one lemon
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t honey
- 1/2 c pine nuts, toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 T grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
1. Chop kale
2. To make dressing, stir lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper together in a large bowl
3. Add kale and massage
4. Add currants, pine nuts, and parmesan to bowl
5. Stir all ingedients together.
