Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean corned beef chopped
- 1 lb sauerkraut (drained precooked)
- 1 lb geyer or swiss shredded
- fresh whole loaf of rye bread unsliced
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
mix corned beef, sauerkrat, cheese and salt and pepper into a bowl. Slice the bread 3/4 diagonallyand across. Stuff mix into bread. After completely stuffed, put on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Add sour cream or mayo. Squirt ketsup and sweet relish
