Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tub (8oz.) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat, onion and mushrooms in slow cooker. Add beef broth.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or 3-4 hours on high)
Add cream cheese just before serving; stir until well blended. Serve tossed with hot noodles.
Only cook for 3 hours, way too liquidy. Could throw in come carrots?
