- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dark tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 scallion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- Spring rolls storebought, and heated according to package instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and transfer to a serving dish. Combine and serve with prepared frozen spring rolls
