Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup berry sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar (can use malt vinegar)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- Fresh berries & kiwi, etc.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cold water, beat again until stiff. Add sugar gradually, beating thoroughly in between each addition. Add vanilla, vinegar and cornstarch, beat again. Spoon onto parchment-lined pizza pan. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in for at least 2 hours (can be made 1 day ahead and left in oven until ready to serve).
Just before serving, cover top with whipped cream and fruit.
