Ingredients
- 5 cups of chicken broth
- 1 lb of extra lean ground beef
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 5 leaves fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Create 1/2" diameter meat balls with ground beef. Add to boiling chicken broth, add onions and pasta. Chop spinach into small pieces and add to mixture. Simmer until meet balls are cooked.
