Use as an egg substitute in yeast breads, cookies, pancakes, waffles and muffins.
Start by replacing one egg in a recipe by blending 2 tbsp. whole flax meal with 3 tbsp. of cold water. Let rest for 10 minutes to thicken before adding to batter.
