  • 4 Cups Yukon Gold Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Stick Butter, cubed
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Cup Half & Half
  • 2 cups Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a buttered baking dish, layer bottom with potatoes. Layer butter and potatoes. Pour half and half over the layers.

Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and sauce is thickened. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Remove cover and sprinkle top of potatoes with cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is golden brown. Top with sour cream and other seasonings of your desire before serving.
