California Casserole

Casseroles are perfect for stress-free group gatherings and meals around the patio and pool. Serve the California Casserole with French Bread and a crisp Green Salad for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Medium Green Pepper Chopped
- Cook above in large Skillet and drain off grease and set aside.
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 1 Can 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
- 1 Can 10 3/4 oz. Condensed Tomato Soup (undiluted)
- 1 Can 4 oz Sliced Mushrooms including liquid
- 1 Can 10 oz. Rotell (Tomatoes & Green Chilli) undrained
- 1 Can 2 1/4 oz Sliced Black Ripe Olives drained
- 1 Jar 4oz Chopped Pimientos Drained
- 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 or 2 Fresh Garlic cloves "crushed" to taste
- 8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles - cooked and drained
- 2 Cups 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients (except cheese) to the cooked meat - Stir well
Pour into a large Casserole dish and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on casserole.
Bake for 10 minutes.
