Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 medium apples, peeled, diced
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dried apple chips (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer, cover the pot and cook on low until apples and sweet potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
Puree in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
