  • 4 eggs 2 c. sugar
  • 3 t.Baking Powder 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 t.vanilla
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 3 Lg.Apples W/ cinnamon

Step 1

Peel and core apples slice thin place into bowl and cinnamon an toss.
and the rest ingredients to a lg. bowl and mix well.Spray tube pan and flour pour half the batter in pan then place most the apples on top evenly
on top pour the rest of the batter on top then take the remaining apples to decorate the top of the cake and you may sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the cake . bake for 1hr. 15 min.
