Southwestern Chicken Drumettes

• 2/3 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
• 2/3 c. finely crushed corn chips
• 1 (1/1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 2 lbs. chicken drumettes, skinned
• 1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine breadcrumbs, crushed corn chips, and taco seasoning mix. Dip drumettes, one at a time, into 1/2 c. taco sauce, and dredge in crumb mixture; place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake @ 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve with remaining taco sauce.
