Ingredients

  • Firm Organic Tofu
  • Ginger, grated or sliced
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • Garlic
  • Honey, 2 to 3 Tabs.
  • Veg. Oil, 1 Tab.
  • Tamari Sauce or Soy Sauce, 3 Tbs.
  • Water, 1/2 Cup

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Tofu in cubes or sections 1" x 1/2". Make the marinade with remaining ingredients. Soak Tofu in marinade for 20 to 30 minutes.

Drain! and Save Marinade. Put tofu into a pan and coat with marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Watch closely, until tofu is golden brown.
