Ingredients
- Firm Organic Tofu
- Ginger, grated or sliced
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Garlic
- Honey, 2 to 3 Tabs.
- Veg. Oil, 1 Tab.
- Tamari Sauce or Soy Sauce, 3 Tbs.
- Water, 1/2 Cup

Step 1
Cut Tofu in cubes or sections 1" x 1/2". Make the marinade with remaining ingredients. Soak Tofu in marinade for 20 to 30 minutes.
Drain! and Save Marinade. Put tofu into a pan and coat with marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Watch closely, until tofu is golden brown.
