- 3 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 T. shortening melted
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. celery
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper

Brown burger;
