Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. Sauer's hamburger seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp. Worcesterhire sauce
- 1 bottle hot ketchup (substitute regular ketchup with 1-2 drops tabasco sauce)
- 1 jar (16 oz.) apple jelly
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
For Meatballs:
Mix ground chuck with envelope of seasonings and water. Let rest for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
For Sauce: Add all together and simmer over low heat until dissolved. Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes.
