Champagne Cosmopolitan Cocktails

I made these at Ryan's graduation party and everyone loved them!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cointreau
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 naval oranges, stripped of their zest in long, thick threads
- 1 750ml bottle champagne

Preparation
Step 1
In a pitcher, stir together the Cointreau, cranberry and lime juices until blended.
*At this point, you can cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker half filled with crushed ice and shake to blend. Fill champagne flutes 1/2 way with the cranberry mixture, top off with the champagne and garnish each one with a twist of orange zest and serve.
