Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- 2 Chicken or Turkey Breasts (quick fried with salt and pepper and then cubed)
- 4 slices Pastrami or Beef Fry, cut into strips (fried in a little oil until crispy, drained on paper towel)
- 2-4 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
- 2 lrg or 4 med Cucumbers, sliced
- Avocado Ranch Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Pareve Sour Cream
- 1/2 Tbsp Mayo blended with 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Dried Parsley
- pinch Dried Dill
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- pinch Garlic Powder
- pinch Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Use immersion blender to blend all dressing ingredients together until completely smooth.
Layer lettuce, cucumbers, eggs, diced chicken, fried pastrami. Pour on dressing.
