  • 2 lbs. red potatoes - cut into 1" cubes
  • 6 Tbsp. butter - melted
  • 4 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish

In a small bowl, combine butter, honey, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over potatoes.

Bake potatoes 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
