Sweet Corn Topped Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning (we used Montreal Steak Seasoning)
- 2 cups corn niblets (about 2 or 3 cobs scraped or you can defrost frozen niblets)
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chiles
- 8 about 8 green onions, chopped
- 6 ounces of goat cheese, crumbled
- Burger buns
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
Add about two tablespoons of your steak seasoning to the ground beef. Divide mixture into four sections and make four patties (make sure to press down each patty a little in the center to avoid the "burger bulge" when they grill).
Add your burgers to the grill and begin grilling (we do about 6 minutes or so each side).
While your burgers are grilling, make your relish. In a bowl, combine corn, chopped bell pepper, green chiles, green onions and a pinch of salt and pepper.
To serve, take each bun, add your burger patty and top with a little goat cheese and then a big scoop of your corn mixture.
