Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 6 asparagus spears
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Pan fry the chicken breast in 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, and 2 tsp. garlic powder.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place asparagus spears and tomatoes. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar over asparagus and tomatoes, then cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with mozzarella cubes, then serve with chicken.
