  • 3/4 cup fat free less sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 8 (6oz) halibut fillets
  • cooking spray

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary; keep warm. Prepare grill. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with warm sauce.
