Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, combine nuts and oil; stir to coat nuts evenly. In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nut mixture; toss to coat nuts evenly.
Spread nuts in a single layer in a 15101-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice; cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
