Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Salmon Fillet
  • 3 Tbsp Oil, divided
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch (mixed with 1 tsp water)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
Place salmon skin-side down and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp oil, salt and pepper.
Saute scallion whites and ginger in 2 Tbsp oil. Stir occasionally until they start to soften and brown, approximately 3 minutes.
Add honey, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and water and bring to a simmer. Add cornstarch mixture and simmer until glaze thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Bake salmon @ 375 for 12-15 minutes until almost firm. Spoon glaze over salmon and bake for another 5-10 minutes until just baked through.

Garnish with scallion greens.
